Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: 10–18 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We allow order cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will be in processing and cannot be modified or refunded.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds or returns once 24 hours have passed after the order is placed. Please double-check your order details at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll be happy to send a replacement.
